Robert Blok

From an early age on I am an enthusiastic Lego® builder. At a later age I became inspired by professional Lego® builders. Now I build part-time Lego® models for fun and on commission in my spare time. I participated in events and build several unique gifts and sculptures.

History

2009
  • Build a replica of 'Spearhead',a huge spaceship originaly designed by the LEGO Group which was used in the comicbook series 'Jim Spaceborn'.
  • Created unique art sculptures like 'Present'.
2010
  • Build the world largest Lego minifigure measuring 3.648 m (11.9685 feet) with the help of 100+ volunteers and 821 children.
  • Created unique models like 'Zoom to the Moon'.
2011
  • Build unique centerpieces for a GoodWill.org event
  • Build a logo for the dutch hardwarestore 'GAMMA'. The model has been used on vouchers and TV-commercials.
  • Build an amazing 2 x 2 meter QR-code for Vakkanjers(.nl) in cooperation with YouTech(.nl).
2012
  • Created the sculpture called 'Precious' to keep us aware about how we threat our planet
